Say goodbye to holes, cracks and faded paint and say hello to smooth driving.
We spring into action when snow accumulation reaches 1”. We work through the event, striving to keep snow accumulation at or below 2.5 inches at all times*, and continue to monitor sites for 12 hours after the event passes to watch for post-event issues.
We have a fleet of top-of-the-line machinery for handling the effects of storm events. With over 100 pieces of specialized equipment, we always have what we need on hand for every situation, including smaller trucks and smaller plows for tight parking lots.
We are built to handle volume, so we are always close by when you need us. Last winter, we effectively managed over 300 locations per event. We have three new sidewalk machines for this season to give our clients even faster service. We are a proud member of the Snow and Ice Management Association (SIMA).
Part of our mission is to protect the environment as much as possible, which includes protecting your property. Your concrete and outside surfaces are durable, but they can take on unsightly damage that shortens their lifespan. We go the extra mile to protect your property by providing polyurethane or rubber edges for all of our metal blades to avoid gouging and scraping your exterior surfaces.
We start to formulate our response plan 24 hours before a storm event. From 4 hours prior to the start of an event until 12 hours after the event ends, a Snow and Ice Management specialist will be available to you via phone, email and text, regardless of the event’s length and size. We will send email notifications to you 24 hours, 12 hours, 8 hours, 4 hours and 1 hour prior to an event to inform you of the latest updates from our weather service, along with our plan to tackle the event. You are welcome to give us feedback, which we will use to modify our plans, if necessary.
